Evaluates gaussian standard normal

\[g(x)=\frac{1}{\mathrm{std}\sqrt{2\pi}}\,\exp \left(-\frac{(x-\mathrm{off})^2}{2 \mathrm{std}^2 }\right)\]

Parameters:

• x (ndarray) – input array

• std (float,optional) – Standard deviation

• off (float, optional) – Offset / shift
